Risk Register

The Risk Register page displays a list of all risks that have been raised.

The columns can be widened and shortened by sliding the divider in the title row to the left and right.

All columns can be sorted in ascending and descending order by clicking the sorting symbol (up and down arrow) next to each applicable column's title. When clicking on the sorting symbol for a third time, the list will be displayed in the default setting of the ascending Risk ID again.

When hovering your cursor over the title bar / row, a small hamburger appears on the right side of the title column. A search box pops-up when clicking on the hamburger.

The following how-to information is available:

Adding a Risk

  1. Click the Add Risk button in the top left of the Risk Register page.
  2. Enter the details of the risk you are adding.
  3. Click the Add Risk button to save.
  4. The new risk will be added to the end of the list of risks.

Editing a Risk

  1. Click the green pencil, found to the right of the risk you wish to edit.
  2. Two tabs will appear:
    1. Risk: contains the details of the risk, which can be edited.
    2. Actions: displays the actions relating to the risk, which can be added to, edited, and deleted (see below).
  3. To edit a specific risk value, either click the green pencil or double-click within the row to make the fields editable.
  4. Once you have finished, click the Edit Risk button.

Deleting a Risk

  1. Click the red Bin icon, found to the right of the risk you wish to delete.
  2. Click the Submit button to confirm your deletion.

Adding an Action to an Existing Risk

  1. Click the green pencil icon, found to the right of the risk you wish to edit.
  2. Click the 2nd tab, Actions.
  3. Double-click a field (including empty fields) in the blank action row. 
  4. All fields are now editable and available for data to be entered:
    Action name
    Status
    Owner
    Due Date
    Action Description
  5. Enter your Action details.
  6. Click Save or click away from the row to save.

Editing an Action Within an Existing Risk

  1. Click the green pencil icon, found at the far right of the risk you wish to edit.
  2. Click the 2nd tab, Actions.
  3. Double-click and field (including empty fields) below the headings for the action you wish to edit.
  4. All fields are now editable and available for data to be entered:
    Action name
    Status
    Owner
    Due Date
    Action Description
  5. Enter your Action details.
  6. Click Save or click away from the row to save.

Deleting an Action Within an Existing Risk

  1. Click the green pencil icon, found at the far right of the risk you wish to edit.
  2. Click the 2nd tab, Actions.
  3. Click the red bin icon found at the end of the row of the action you wish to delete.
  4. Click the Submit button to confirm your deletion.
